A 63-year-old man from the Capital had a heart failure after managing to pass his driver license test. 

Spokesman the Police Department, Natalia Stati, declared that the incident took place this morning on Salcâmilor street from Botanica. The man had a heart failure.

People tried to assist the man and called for an ambulance, but the doctors that arrived to the sight could only register the time of death.
