A group of young people scared people last night to people walking through the Valley of Roses Park in the Botanica District of Chisinau. The boys, who were drunk, cursed the people and pulled at least one curb from the freshly peeled sidewalk. The individuals were shot by a young man who escaped unharmed just because he was with a dog of a race.

"Hey, stay there, I'm destroying you!"
"You behave inappropriately. Look what they do, is that normal".

The video shows how two young men carry a piece of concrete bead, and another one sways in front of the passers-by.

The Botanica Police Inspectorate has been self-indicted after the video has been posted on a social networking site.

Law people are going to identify the perpetrators.
