Bad luck for a man from the Capital who used the services of a travel agency. Sergiu Andronic bought a return flight ticket to Italy for his mother and paid for 200 Euro. Arrived at the airport, they were told that the voucher was only booked by the company, not paid. They went to ask for explanations from the company's representatives, but the door was closed, and no one answered him on the phone.
"We wanted to buy an online ticket, it was a break at the bank and we came here because it's easier, the door was open, there were other customers here" said Sergiu Andronic.
The man had to buy another ticket at a double price.
