A new life campaign in Criuleni. What did mothers of newborns receive?
Edelweiss foundation visited Criuleni maternity ward. In these four months, since the project was implemented there, over one hundred babies were born.
"He are coming from Vlad Plahotniuc's foundation and we have a present. We wish your babies welcome and a happy life", said Lidia Cucos, deputy director of Edelweiss foundation,
Lilia Petcov is one of the mothers who benefited of the project.
"It is necessary to offer our babies everything they need", said Lilia Petcov.
The mothers of the newborns can't look forward to dress up their babies in the clothes they received from the babies.
"Pampers, toys, wet towels. I am very happy for what I receive."

The support offered by Edelweiss foundation is very important for the mothers, as the doctors say.
"The women are satisfied about these presents. The majority of them keep what you gave them at the maternity ward. Each family should have these products in their house", said Marina Demian, doctor.
Altogether, over 17 thousand families benefited of present boxes given by Edelweiss foundation.
"Through A new life campaign, we want to support all the mothers and help them. The present box contains the necessary things for the newborns and a welcome letter", said Lidia Cucos.
"This campaign is necessary, because they support the future generation in such a way", said Veaceslav Burlac, the president of Criuleni district.
A new life campaign was launched two years ago at the Institute of Mother and the Child. The project will be implemented in 24 maternity wards.
