Dozens of mothers from Drochia benefited of presents, within "A new life" campaign of Edelweiss foundation.

The 37 year old Mariana Grosu already has five children. The woman says that the presents she received are very useful.

"I have four children home and this is the fifth. The things I received today will be very useful for me", said Mariana Grosu, resident of Drochia district.

The other mothers also received a present box. Some of them have already dressed up their children in Edelweiss clothes.

"Thank Edelweiss foundation for the present boxes that they gave us."

"Here we have a lot of necessary things for the children."

Over 80 mothers from Drochia received a present box within A new life campaign.

"We are glad that people are waiting for us. We welcome the newborns", said Lidia Cucos, Edelweiss deputy director.

"The mothers are very glad about the presents.  Thank Mr.Plahotniuc and Edelweiss foundation for their presents and care", said Lilia Nicu, the chief of Drochia maternity ward.

A new life campaign of Vlad Plahotniuc's foundation, Edelweiss was launched in 2016. Totally, kids from 24 maternity wards will receive presents.
