A New Life campaign reached Bălţi. Over 300 new mothers received gift boxes
Newborns from Moldova continue to receive gifts from Edelweiss, within A New Life campaign. Members of Vlad Plahotniuc's foundation have offered the gifts to new mothers from Bălţi hospital.
Mariana Ţurcan brought into this world her second child. Her eldest daughter is 12 and cannot wait to meet her baby sister, Anişoara. The young mothers claims that the gift box contains necessary items and is a pleasant surprise.
"Thank you very much and thank you Edelweiss. May you only meet success and continue helping other mothers" Mariana Ţurcan declared.
Multiple maternity wards have been waiting for those gift boxes.
"We are very happy and glad to receive the gift box. It contains some rather expensive items, but necessary to newborns" a mother declared.
Even fathers were glad. Alexandru Bulmaga assisted in the birth of his first child and cannot be prouder.
While a man appreciated the initiative of Vlad Plahotniuc's foundation Edelweiss:
"We thank you for this gift you gave us. May everyone be blessed and every family happy."
The maternity ward from Bălţi is one of the biggest from the country.
"The maternity ward from Bălţi is the third biggest by the number of infants, while the A New Life campaign helps the families. We are happy that we can help newborn from Bălţi and their parents" executive director of Edelweiss foundation, Lidia Cucoş said.
"It is welcomed and when the program of Edelweiss foundation will be over, it would be nice for the state to assume some responsibility" director of Balti Perinatal Center, Petru Nedelciuc stated.
To this point, A New Life campaign has offered gift boxes for newborns to over 300 mothers from Bălţi. The campaign is now being unfolded in 24 hospitals from Moldova.
