A 19 years old young man from Orhei was detained by the police, suspected of committing a robbery.

The incident took place on the evening of December 6, Negruzzi. While the 33-year-old victim was at the ATM and carried out the money-extraction operation, the individual approached and stolen the amount of ROL 2,000 by hand, then running in an unknown direction.

Subsequently, the individual, with a criminal record, was detained. In the interrogation, the suspect acknowledged his guilt.

A criminal case was opened in his name. The young man is in jail for up to 7 years.
