A young man who sold driving licenses on Facebook has been detained. What he talked about with his customers on Facebook
A 18 years old boy from Chisinau was caught by NAC and prosecutors, suspected of influence trafficking, after being documented for more than a month.
He promised, on a social network, that he can help anyone who wants a driving license, claiming that he would have an influence on some people within the Public Services Agency. On his "Per Mis" page, the suspect requested between 400 and 600 euros for a document.
According to the case, the young man was questioned by those who wanted to get a driving license, without supporting the evidence, asking them to transfer the money to the card, then disappear.

In order to convince his clients to give him money, he records video sequences in which he assigns his role as a notary. In his films, which he transmitted to the victims, he presented his identity data, the amount received, the person who gave him the money, and what service they were.
Thus, in January 2019, the suspect was contacted by a person, on his social network page, who asked him for help in supporting practical and theoretical evidence. Soon the young man fixed a meeting and asked for 400 euros.
On the basis of the denunciation, the NAC started a criminal investigation and carried out a control delivery, the 400 euros being sent under the control of the Center. At the request of the suspect, the money was deposited on a bank card account. When he extracted the money, NAC officers detained him. Currently, the young man is in the NAC isolator, being detained for 72 hours.
The NAC appeals to those who have suffered from the illegal actions of the young man (contacted the Per Mis page, communicated with the person, offered money, etc.) and urged them to come and denounce.
