Accessible medical services! New emergency department starts activity in Vulcanesti
The residents of Vulcanesti will benefit of high quality medical services. The emergency hospital from the village was renovated. The works costed 700 thousand lei. The money were offered by Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Assistance Center.
The institution was equiped with modern technique.
"We have a canteen that is equipped with modern technique", said Vitali Dragoi, the deputy director of the National Center of Emergency Medical Care from Vulcanesti.
"I was working when the ambulances were still old and there was a lack of pills and drugs", said Calina Onofrei, surgeon.
The director of the emergency hospital says that they have many requests of offering emergency care"m saud Alexandru Meteoglo, director of Vulcanesti emergency hospital.
Svetlana Angheli is a nurse and starting July she will work in Vulcanesti.
There was a contest. I passed this stage and now I am a part of the team. I am glad that I have the opportunity to work here"m said Svetlana Anghel, surgeon.
The surgeon, say that the new equipment is very good.
"We are used to work with old equipment, but now we have new equipment", said Kalina Onofrei, surgeon.
In a short time, the medical point will also have a new ambulance worth 700 thousand lei.
"These cars are too old", said Oleg Ghermec, driver.
At the event also participated the deputies of the Democratic Party from Moldova, Corneliu Dudnic and Boris Golovin. They say that the changes will also take place in other districts of the country.
"Thus, the next week, the Tvardita medical point opens. Them three other will be opened in Stoicani, Soroca, Branesti and Orhei", said Boris Golovin, PDM deputy.
"One of the most important targets is to provide emergency medical services to all the citizens", said Corneliu Dudnic, PDM deputy.
Starting June, at the Vulcanesti medical point, 30 people will be employed. The doctors from the village work for 15 thousand people.
