A 16-year old girl has got into hospital with various injuries after being hit by a car. The accident happened last night on Moscova avenue, in Rascani sector.

According to preliminary information, the girl was crossing the street on the cross-walk.

The accident took place around 00:00. The girl, alone, was crossing the street in order to get home. After the impact she was transported to hospital with multiple injuries on her head.

The driver, 55 years old, says that he did not have high speed and saw her at the last moment. The punishment for the driver will be established with regards to the gravity of injuries received by the victim.
