Action plan on modernization reform of public services for 2017-2021 was approved
The action plan regarding the modernization reform of public services for 2017-2021 was approved at today’s Government meeting.
The document foresees the modernization, diversification and streamlining the public services offered to citizens.
The actions foreseen in the approved plan targets the development of the use of informational technologies in the public sector and the development of the number of electronic service, which will ensure a governing transparent and receptive to people’s needs.
At the same time, the authorities propose to eliminate the overpassed public services, to reduce the number of documents requested from citizens, and to institute the application of transparent and equitable tariffs for paid services.
Also, the document foresees the creation of a single call center for public services, implementation of a single format for the signed electronic content, no matter its type, and modernization of many services offered to citizens, some of them being the registration of goods, the simplification financial and statistical reporting process, as well as the improvement of the public purchase process.
The action plan ensures the realization of objectives from the reforming strategy of public administration, approved by the Government, and of those established in the Government Program of activity for 2016-2018.
