ACUM doesn't want to negotiate with any of the parties and ask Constitutional Court to not declare the election valid
A week after the elections, the representatives of ACUM refuse to recognize that the voting was fair, even if the OSCE international observers and the European Parliament representatives, the representatives of the USA, Romania and Russia said that the elections were transparent, fair and correct. Anyway, they decided to make their own report and present it to the Constitutional Court.
Andrei Nastase, the PPDA leader declared that ACUM requested the Constitutional Court to not declare these election valid, especially the results on the left bank of Nistru, Nisporeni and Orhei. One of the reasons is that the citizens were transported to the polling stations, even though CEC declared it is not an encroach.
"This election is free, fair or correct", declared Andrei Nastase, the PPDA leader.
Andrei Nastase reiterated that ACUM will not make coalition with DPM or PSRM.
"We will not negotiate our principles and the fate of this country. We will never do it. On February 21, we made an agreement that we will not make a coalition."
On the other side, the socialists say that they will not negotiate before the mandates will be declared valid. The 35 members of PSRM signed a common declaration that doesn't allow them to migrate from one party to another one.
"We promise the citizens that in the next Parliament we will be an unite team. In case there will be a pressure on us, we prefer to give up on the deputy mandate than betray our party", said Ion Ceban, PSRM deputy.
A couple of days before, the Democratic Party sent PAS and PPDA members an invitation to negotiations.
