Parliament Speaker, Adrian Candu comes up with this comment on his facebook page resulting from the decision taken by Supreme Constitutional Court on the 24 September referendum.

Moreover, Adrian Candu also promised to block any legal deployment of public finance regarding this referendum. 

"The Constitutional Court set things on their legal course, in the meantime, a clear signal to the President has been sent that initiatives cannot leave the constitutional framework", wrote the Presidents of Parliament, Adrian Candu.
