The chief of the General Police Inspectorate, Alexandru Pinzari launched a challenge for the local authorities from the country. In a video posted on a social media page, he urged the mayors to place indicators with the following inscription "We careful at the crossing" and place these near the kindergartens and schools.

"The school year is about to begin and I want to make the teachers, parents, policemen and the representatives of the local public authorities to provide the safety of their children. This is why I decided to launch this challenge", said Alexandru Pinzari, the chief of General Police Inspectorate.

This challenge "Be careful at the crossing" was launched recently by the General Police Inspectorate and plans to reduce the number of accidents. The campaign will take place in the whole country.
