Despite having denied on Wednesday owing anything to her business partner, vice president of “Demnitate si Adevar” party, Aliona Mandatii, recognized today that she indeed has a debt. During a press conference she admitted that she has a debt, but the amount is smaller than Nicolae Pascal originally said. Meanwhile the press gained evidence of its existence.

“This is an economic relation between two associates who owns together a company. Even if such a debt would exist, Nicolae Pascal is not repaying it alone. The founders are paying it. The debts which our company has today are and will continue to exist, until we will not reimburse it all”, Aliona Mandatii, vice president of “Demnitate si Adevar” party, said.

The press publishes some messages where Aliona Mandatii admits to the fact that she owes to one of her business partner and is offering to repay millions of lei with apples. The vice president of “Demnitate si Adevar” party took upon herself to reimburse a good amount of her debts towards her old partners by 30^th of July. At least, this is what the contract between her and Nicolar Pascal stipulates.

According to the contract, until the end of July, Mandatii should have repaid 2.3 million lei, which estimates the bigger part of the three million lei debt. The amount is handwritten in the contract by the business woman herself.

Since the money have yet to be received, the business man decided to get justice through the court.

“It is true, but as mentioned before, the company and myself will soon return the money to the economic agents in the set time limit. I have already paid and will continue to do so. It is also true that I have offered this man to repay the debt in either money or apples” Aliona Mandatii said.

On Wednesday, during a press conference, her business partner, declared that he sued Mandatii for not repaying her debt amounting in millions of lei. According to him, as a result of a financial audit, effectuated at the associated owned by them both, it was established that Aliona Mandatii gathered a debt in the amount of three million lei.

Pascal and Mandatii, together with other farmers, formed an association with the aim of getting cheaper agriculture equipment and products. A while later tough, the organization started gaining more and more debts.

Despite the fact that the transaction was already made, until this moment the entrepreneur has yet to receive the money. Mandatii also recognized, during the press conference, that she received from the state over six million lei. At the moment she sponsors the “Demnitate si Adevar” party.
