Moldova's land will be included in a modern cadastral register for four years.
There are no cadastral plans on 25 percent of territory of Republic of Moldova. The current ones contain more blurring.
"Around 10 thousand square kilometers of land don't have cadastral plans. This project will be with full information, without mistakes, and accessed by all citizens and businesses", said Sergiu Railean, director of the Public Services Agency.
The program, which costs 30 million euros, will be funded by the World Bank. The first works were launched as part of a pilot project at Ocnita.
Authorities in the region claim that they have faced more problems in recent years due to outdated Public Property Register.
The Delimitation of Public Property program, funded by the World Bank, is due to be completed in 2023.
