Over 28 thousand residents of Chisinau asked compensations for heat. According to the City Hall, nine of ten requests were confirmed, while in three thousand cases there were opened new files.

The families whose monthly income is fewer than three thousand lei benefit of those facilities. The aid is worth 40% of the heat cost. The requests can be brought at the sector branches, at the City Halls from the suburbs and the companies that manage the housing stock.

The families with small income can also facilitate of compensations for the water and trash.
