Residents of a district in Rascani district of Chisinau are afraid to leave their children alone in the street. A pack of stray dogs is haunted in the area. Dogs walk unhindered by approaching a school, but also kindergartens.
Andrei Mantea lives on Andrei Doga Street. The man is a father of two children and says he always has to accompany them to school so that they are not the prey to the maids.
"I'm afraid to be a lady outside with a baby in a stroller that can be surrounded or scared by dogs at any time", said father Andrei Mantea.
The man also says that most often, the maidens are seen on the old stadium around the mild Athletics Mane building from the Capital.
"They went further in the direction of the kindergarten, it is a garbage can, and they went to the kindergarten", said father Andrei Mantea.
"I'm afraid of dogs and I see them around. I see them often".
People who live nearby say that the quadrupeds are growing from one day to the next, and they are afraid to walk on the street.
"When there are five dogs, fewer, when more, the dog has a dog, just a child, not knowing he can be aggressive, he can get his hand and can be bitten".
"I'm there, among the house, there are many, about five, six, seven, it's one of them, aggressive, they jump to the mature people".
"When we pass by night, then big dogs come and we scare.
"There are a lot of dogs and it's really dangerous for the kids, that's just what the baby got scared of. Sterilized I think it must be, sin of killing".
The officials of the rendering service in the Capital say they will solve the problem as soon as possible.
"We did not have a call from the given region. If you say there is such a thing, it means tomorrow morning we are trying to send the crew to see what the opportunity is for them to collect. we will proceed further after the situation", said Alexandru Bujura, the head of the rendering service.
The authorities of the Capital do not know exactly how many Stampians are in the city, but I suppose their number would vary between three and seven thousand.
