The September consultative referendum will take place in case its legality is confirmed by the Constitutional Court. The statement was made by the President of Parliament, Andrian Candu in his answer to journalist about PL's objection regarding the consultative referendum. 

"The CEC does nothing but comply with the law, we have to abstain from the statements as long as the subject is under scrutiny at the Constitutional Court, the notification of the PL party will be examined by the Constitutional Court. If the legality is confirmed, the referendum will be organized", said Andrian Candu.
