(UPDATE 20:55) We will convoke the laws that will benefit the citizens. I am sure that the Parliament and the Government will succeed in the things we didn't manage to implement the previous years. 

(UPDATE 20:51) We should never forget the case of money laundering in sum of 20 milliard lei through the banking system of Moldova with the Justice system. All the investigation proved that the money came from Russian Federation. Last year, we organized an international conference where we gathered the best experts of the television and propaganda. All the experts said that Republic of Moldova faces with manipulation, propaganda that comes from the Russian TV channels. The Ukraine was telling us that we could generate a war. Do you want to have the same situation as in Crimea? After all these analyzes, we should take measures.

(UPDATE 20:49) We should be partners, as our citizens travel in the Russian Federation and are intimidated and even arrested. So, we can't talk of a mutual respect at this subject. We tried to find some solutions, but they didn't reply to our desire to make ourselves understood.

(UPDATE 20:44) During the years there were many attempts to normalize the situation, to negotiate. But, we notice an attitude that wants to control people. Everything that happens in Transnistria is due to the implication of the Russian Federation. Out law forces identified many Russian passports that were released to the persons who were born in Transnistrean region. 

(UPDATE 20:40) Andrian Candua about the Russian army attacks: We don't need anything else than mutual respect. We want to cooperate with them and to make ourselves understood. Moldova is not a slave as other countries see it. We have dignity and honor and we know how to defend our interests. We want to develop our country.

(UPDATE 20:30) Andrian Candu about synchronize agenda of the Government and Parliament: The time and the quality are the characteristics that make the difference between this synchronization. Within the Tuesday session of the Parliament in common with the Government there were discusses some of the Government's priorities that will be a priority on the reform agenda. It was for the first time when the Finances Minister said they will approve the 2019 budget in June. This means that in June we will already know what forces to concentrate for this period.

(UPDATE 20:22) Andrian Candu: Evaluating the ex-post facto law is a summary of a law after it is approved.  A law has a certain deadline. Firstly, it needs to be approved and then, it passes an expertise to analyze the possible effects of this law. For example, the Education law was renewed, it suffered some changed, as there were introduced some new elements, new rules at the baccalaureate exams and so on. These changes need to be analyzed. We should certainly know if such a law had a different impact after it was changed. It is a clear method to make such expertise.Thus, the work of the Parliament will be more efficient. A law is like living organisms and we are the ones who should check its effects permanently. On the other hand, we should correct and change it. 

 (UPDATE 20:15) Andrian Candu: We should reiterate the TV closing. We should not breach the liberty of the press or to the information access. We just want to get rid of propaganda.

(UPDATE 20:05) Andrian Candu about Moldova's relationship with the USA: We can't collide the EU and the USA. We are a partner of the EU and we have some responsibilities according to it. We have the Association Agreement. The reform of the Government is a good one and it will have good results. The reform of the Parliament wasn't implemented because the EU obliged us to do it, we decided by ourselves to implement it. Also, the reform of the salaries wasn't scheduled for this year. We are aware that these reforms are very important for Republic of Moldova and we decided to implement them. The relationship with the USA targets the strategic dialogue and the democracy.  

(UPDATE 20:03) Preşedintele Parlamentului: The changes we want to do are the following ones: improvement of the legislation, the banking system, electricity sphere, business sphere, law of the press, cooperation with the civil society, reforms in the justice sphere. Also, we have reforms within the justice ministry. The new elements also target the social sphere: salary growth, First House program, new jobs and the fight against corruption. 

(UPDATE 19:58) Candu: We initiated a working group to make a new Parliament project and an Ethics Code of the deputies. The new legislative will have deputies in the uninominal constituencies. Our mission is very important and the Parliamentary control is very important. 

(UPDATE 19:55) Andrian Candu: We are optimistic for the results of the spring-summer session, especially because I think it will be an efficient and productive one. We will implement great reforms within this session.
