Party of Action and Solidarity has already managed to respond to this secret report on the Open Dialogue. They said they were Lies launched by the Democratic Party and said they had no connection with this foundation and with Ludmila Kozlovska. In this context, the President of Parliament, Adrian Candu, has come up with some explanations. 

"When politicians interact, especially with someone from outside, that we are talking about parties, that we are talking about companies, that we are representatives of civil society, foundations, non-governmental organizations, each of us must do it in a way assumed and responsible.

I personally participated in several events organized by international organizations, such as the US Atlantic Council, but I was always responsible for checking the reputation of this organization, which are the financial means of this organization, which are the financial reports, which is the audit, which is the way of reporting the activities and finances of this organization. 

That is why, when Maia Sandu or Andrei Nastase mentions that they have nothing to do with the Open Dialog Foundation, they had to ask questions when they accepted to participate in some events organized by this foundation. 

Accept financial support from this organization, enter the organization's website, and check what financial sources are and where the organization's financial reports are.

And to ask more questions before accepting a gift, eventually it was some donations, no matter what amount, no matter what. 

It is easy now to say that I have nothing to do with a particular foundation, but at the same time spend time, including hours, maybe days, always in your entourage, maybe in a team that we are now seeing on this report with great questions, not just for integrity, but in general for the goals pursued in the Republic of Moldova. 

I draw your attention, clear evidence that this foundation has been funded and the money used by this foundation comes from: Transactions with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, delivery of military equipment to regional conflicts.

What may be worse, thinking that you are flying by plane, stay at the hotel, attend lunch and dinner at the money coming from the FSB Information and Security Services in the Russian Federation. But it is also a dollar, but it is also a euro, it is already serious, "said Andrian Candu, Parliament Speaker. 

PUBLIKA.MD  reminds that:  This summer, the head of the NGO, Ludmila Kozlovska, was expelled from the EU for ties to the Russian special services.  Recently, in Warsaw, delegates from several OSCE countries have accused the foundation of lobbying for dangerous criminals, benefiting from dubious funding and delivering military equipment to Donbass.   

Zeppelin journalists have previously written that  the Open Dialog Foundation, funded by controversial oligarch Muhtar Abliazov, has been lobbying in Europe for parties led by Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase.  In this scheme figure also the suspicious Veaceslav Platon.

At the same time, PUBLIKA.MD  reminds that today in the Plenary of the Parliament was presented the scheme in the Secret Report regarding the Open Dialog investigation. This concerns the funding of the Open Dialog Foundation through the money laundering scheme known as Laundromat.
