We have changed the ministers not because the previous ones were bad, but because we want higher achievements. We have some shortcoming within the health field: primary medicine, professional medicine, emergency and so on. We need new people to manage this field.

You don't need to be a specialist in this field to manage it.

I trust Silvia Radu, because she succeeded in whatever she did before.
