The Moldovans celebrate the Victory Day and Europe today. Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament came up with a message.

"Today we celebrate the Victory Day. We are commemorating the heroes who fought for the Independence of the country and Europe Day. We managed to fit these two holidays. I am proud about the people who understood that today we are talking about solidarity, and peace. We couldn't reach these values without our grandparents' help. Moldova is Europe. Congratulations Europe, Congratulations, Moldova", wrote Andrian Candu.

Today, the DPM prepared many events. The party invites the Moldovans to celebrate the Peace and Prosperity at the Metropolitan Cathedral Square from the Capital. 

Over 1500 persons will participate festival on Thursday dedicated to May 9 at the Metropolitan Cathedral square. 

At the event of Democratic Party, all visitors will take part in music, dances and enjoy tasty food.

According to the organizers, the event theme this year is "Peace and Prosperity for Moldova". 

The 200 young Democrats will complete one of the important missions: handing war veterans flowers and candies as symbols of peace. 

"We will take care all war veterans and offer them beautiful words", said ARTIOM GUŞAN, a PDM member. 

Flash-mod dance performed by around 300 children will be one of the event details. 

"They want to promote the message which can be seen by the world".

The event will start at 9:00 and end in the afternoon. The concert will be attended by different famous artists.
