Romanian Environment Minister Gratiela Gavrilescu said on Thursday that a new car tax would take effect from January 1 to March 31, 2019, not only a pollution tax, but also cylindrical capacity, but also other machine components, writes libertatea.ro.
"We want to be a tax not only on the pollution norm, you have to think about the cylindrical capacity and everything. We have to consider all the components to have no problem," the Minister of the Environment said.
Also, regarding the payment of the tax, the minister specified that 800 million lei were sent, and orders for another 700 million lei will be issued.
