The Public Services Agency will cease tomorrow from delivering the identity card service within three hours and six hours, and the passport within three hours, six hours and ten calendar days.

At the same time, according to the representatives of the ASP, the rendering of the identity card and passport services will be implemented at the date of the applicant's address.

Issuance of the documents at the date of addressing will be done by the Chisinau City Center for the Issuance of Identity Documents. Applications will be received from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00, and handing over of the papers will take place between 16:30 and 17:00.  

At the same time, the SEAI Center will provide identity card services within 24 hours and five calendar days.

In the multifunctional centers of Chisinau, no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be provided services of issuance of identity documents only within five business days, 15 and 30 calendar days.

The measures were taken in order to streamline the processes of delivering the identity and record keeping services.
