Attorney demand lengthening of the imprisonment time for the three police officers detained in Andrei Brăguţă case, the young man who spend his last moments in a prison. The court will examine the plea.

Earlier the three of them were detained for 20 days. If approved, the suspects will spend the next 30 days behind bars. In this case ten more officers, along with 4 inmates are investigated, suspected of dehumanizing treatment.

Andrei Brăguţă was arrested on 15th August for speeding, cursing and attacking police officers.

He passed away on 26th August, according to the expertise the cause was respiratory insufficiency, purulent bronchopneumonia.
