An Ukranian company requests half milion euros compensation fom Balti City Hall. The administration of the company from Zatoka complains that the local authorities didn't respect the stipulation of a contract according to the aquisition of some comercial spaces.

Accoding to esp.md, the company should have bought five rooms with a hundred thousand square meters surface on a price of five million euros. The purchase agreeement should have been signed on October 1, but the Balti City Hall changed their mind.

This is why the Ukranian company complained at the Odessa Court and requested the administration of Balti to sell them the comercial spaces, to pay the costs at the instance and to compensate a damage of 500 thousand euros.
