The negligence of the sellers from the Capital markets turn these in outbreaks of infections. Most frequently, they use the fridges only as decorations and they keep the dairy products, meat, vegetables, fruits in dirt and heat. For example, a woman sells dairy products at the entrance in the Central Market. 

-I am not afraid, I made it by myself.

A few meters further, other sellers sell preserves.

-I don't know why do we keep it like this, I just replace my mother.

-It is not hot here. It is okay.

"These products should be well packed and kept in fridges. Unfortunately, they can't afford it", said a customer.

The meat should be kept at a temperature of 12 degrees below zero, but the merchants don't obey this rule.

The merchants who sell eggs don't obey this rule either.

"Outside there are 30 Celsius degrees, you can't keep the eyes on such a temperature", said Nicolae Olarasu, inspector at the Agency for Customers' Rights.

The nutritionists say that the altered products can seriously damage our health.

"Everything can happen, even people can die because of food poisoning. This is why I want to urge all the people to go to the hospital if they think that something goes wrong", said Luminita Suveica, nutritionist/
