The best students of the country will be awarded within a gala. The best of them will receive awards worth 12 thousand lei.

The winners have been selected after counting not only their good results at the classes, but also their extra curricular activity.

Corina and Cristina Sarbu are twins. They are both studying at Alexandru cel Bun Military Academy. Cristina was the first who found out about this contest and applied for it.

"We participate together at all the contests. We are both good", said Cristina Sarbu, student at Alexandru cel Bun Military Academy.

"I participate at many contests both national and international", mentioned Corina Sarbu, student at Alexandru cel Bun Military Academy.

Daria Capatana is a student who has great plans for future.

"First of all, this award confirms my knowledge and the prestige of the university of our country", said Daria Capatina, mater student at Journalism Faculty of the State University of Moldova.

This year, 221 young applied for this contest. 

"I attended many other contests too. It is very important to have a large extra curricular activity."

The event is organized by the Center of University Information for 23 years. 1500 scholarship were already offered.

"From year to year, this competition is more and more difficult. This means that the participants are better and better", said Elena Belei, state secretary at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.

The scholarships were offered by a bank and a mobile company.
