Bird flu alert on the Moldovan border with Ukraine. Quarantine has been declared in the village of Cernauti after 20 swans have been found dead of H5N8 virus.
Security forces have installed more barriers to prevent the access of birds in the area.
Experts do not exclude that the virus could spread to local farms.
