BNM won process with MAIB's shareholders blocked for concrete actions
The National Bank of Moldova won litigation with Moldova Agroindbank's shareholders who were blocked previously for some concrete actions. The press wrote that behind the scheme stays Veaceslav Platon, the No.1 raider in CSI. The decision was made by Court of Arbitration from Stockholm and was transmitted to the Justice Ministry.

20 shareholders of Moldova Agroindbank, who owned 40% of the bank's shares were blocked. After blocking the actions, the son of Veaceslav Platon tried to purchase the bank shares.
Platon was sentenced to 30 years in prison, within two criminal cases: one for the fraud of Economy Bank and the other for fraud in big proportions and bribery.
