For the past 24 hours the following illegal acts were registered at borders:

- 3 people attempted to illegally cross the border;

- 1 person illegally crossed the Moldova - Ukraine border;

- 2 attempts to smuggle goods;

- 1 illegal document detected at the borders;

- 3 foreign citizens overstayed in Republic of Moldova

- 5 wanted people were arrested.

Also, 40 065 people have crossed the border, among whom 20 736 have left Republic of Moldova. The number of vehicles that crossed the borders amounts to 10 735.

Most popular crossing points were:

• Leușeni – 6 529 people crossed the border,
• Chisinau International Airport – 4 763 people crossed the border,
• Sculeni – 5 249 people crossed the border,
• Otaci – 6 123 people crossed the border,
• Giurgiulești-Galați – 2 665 people crossed the border,
• Criva – 2 038 people crossed the border,
• Cahul – 2 102 people crossed the border.
