For the past 24 hours the following illegal acts were registered at borders:

- 3 people attempted to illegally cross the border; 

- 1 forged document was found at Customs;

- 2 foreign citizens overstayed in Republic of Moldova;

- 3 drivers documented for illegal movement of goods and people;

- 1 wanted person was arrested.

Four citizens of Moldova were also forbidden entrance to Russia.

37 913 people have crossed the border, among whom 20 744 have entered Republic of Moldova. The number of vehicles that crossed the borders amounts to 9 993.

Most popular crossing points were:

• Leușeni – 7 433 people crossed the border,
• Chisinau International Airport – 5 504 people crossed the border,
• Sculeni – 4 789 people crossed the border,
• Otaci – 3 513 people crossed the border,
• Giurgiulești-Galați – 2 838 people crossed the border,
• Criva – 1 620 people crossed the border,
• Cahul – 1 910 people crossed the border,
• Palanca - 1 828 people crossed the border.
