Over the past 24 hours the following illegal acts were registered at borders:

- 3 people attempted to illegally cross the border; 

- 1 person illegally crossed the Moldova-Ukraine border;

- 1 forged document was found at Customs;

- 3 foreign citizens overstayed in Republic of Moldova;

- 3 wanted persons was arrested.

Three citizens of Moldova were also forbidden entrance to Russia.

44 038 people have crossed the border, among whom 25 389 have entered Republic of Moldova. The number of vehicles that crossed the borders amounts to 11 100.

Most popular crossing points were:

• Leușeni – 9 401 people crossed the border,
• Chisinau International Airport –  6 457 people crossed the border,
• Sculeni – 4 824 people crossed the border,
• Otaci – 4 666 people crossed the border,
• Giurgiulești-Galați – 3 465 people crossed the border,
• Criva – 1 510 people crossed the border,
• Cahul – 2 239 people crossed the border,
• Palanca - 2 133 people crossed the border,
• Costești - 1 753 people crossed the border.
