Over the past 24 hours the following illegal acts were registered at borders:

- 7 persons illegally crossed the border;

- 1 person attempted to smuggle goods;

- 1 forged documented discovered;

- 7 foreign citizens have overstayed in Republic of Moldova;

- 3 wanted people were arrested.

61 389 people have crossed the border, among whom 30 774 have entered Republic of Moldova. The number of vehicles that crossed the borders amounts to 13 558.

Most popular crossing points were:

• Chisinau International Airport –  10 095 people crossed the border,
• Leușeni - 9 977 people crossed the border,
• Otaci – 6 233 people crossed the border,
• Giurgiulești-Galați – 5 517 people crossed the border,
• Sculeni – 5 240 people crossed the border,
• Cahul – 4 862 people crossed the border,
• Tudora – 2 497 people crossed the border,
• Palanca - 2 328 people crossed the border,
• PTF Criva – 2 320 people crossed the border,
• Costești – 2 092 people crossed the border.
