A resident of Valeni village, Cahul district was found while illegally fishing this morning.

The man, 39 did such encroaches before. This is the third encroach of this type this year. 

At 4AM, the patrol inspector of the border police noticed the man near a lake placed in the border zone. For a period, his actions have been monitored, until the man came back to his boat.

The man was previously punished for poaching.

This time, the man had 25 kilos of fish.

The man risks a fine of 12 conventional units.
