The 17 year old boy from Puhoi village, Ialoveni district, who is suspected of murdering his own father on New Year night was detained by the policemen.

The boy is detained for 72 hours and will be investigated according to the legislation, by the Ialoveni Prosecutor's Office.

Everything happened in the house of the family. After they celebrated the New Year, they started to argue and thus, to fight. According to the police, the boy left from home after the murder.

The dead body of the man was revealed by his wife who was not home when the murder took place. The woman announced the nurse from the village, who called the police.

The suspects risks up to 15 years in prison.
