The information was confirmed for Publika TV by the mayor Vasile Rolinschi.
According to him, they have stayed under quarantine since they returned but they personally celebrated the birthday of their 8-year-old daughter two days ago, without announcing any local public authority.
Other 15 people including five children attended the party.
The husband had a fever and felt bad yesterday. They were tested for coronavirus.
All activities in the village were suspended, and about 100 people have nowhere to sell milk.
