The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announced that as of December 1, end-users of mobile telephony services will be able to make free calls to Romania.
The decision was approved today, November 26, following the discussions held at ANRCETI's management meeting with 3 mobile service providers in our country: Orange Moldova, Moldcell and Moldtelecom-United. They agreed not to apply tariffs to end-users for calls made between the two states as of December 1, 2018.
The change is possible after the signing of the Joint Statement between Governments of both States, which took place on November 22, 2018 in Bucharest.
