Nistor Grozavu, deputy-mayor of capital Chișinău has made the announcement that citizens reserve the rights to take woods stored in the aftermath of April snow. 

"There is absolutely nothing to be done, it is only necessary to point out where to take, "said Nistor Grozavu, Deputy Mayor of Chisinau.
