Chisinau Court of Appeal sentenced a lawyer from the Capital who was investigated for taking bribery. The man asked 8 150 Euro for winning a trial. The lawyer promised his client to influence the magistrates of Botanica Court.

The police officers caught him while he was taking the bribery. He was sentenced for influence peddling to three years and six months behind bars. Also, he lost the right to work as a lawyer for five years.
