The Capital streets look better now. One street out of three from the Capital was already repaired.

The road workers took advantage of the May 1 vacation and started to cover up the holes from the asphalt. The workers said that keep taking into consideration what Silvia Radu asked them to do.

"We are trying to change the way we repair the roads, to make it cheaper", said Adrian Boldurescu, Exdrupo chief.

In only a month, the workers repaired 20 thousand square meters of road.

"At the moment, around 20-25% of the roads have been repaired. We couldn't do our best, because of the weather conditions", said Adrian Boldurescu, Exdrupo chief.

The over 100 road workers who repaired the roads said that it was more difficult to repair the roads when there were traffic jams.

"We work based on a new technology and we are doing it very good."

Besides the roads, the road workers also continue to apply traffic signs.

"We mark the crosswalk", said Stanislav Vrabie, EXDRUPO employee.

This year, over 130 million lei were allocated to repair the roads and nine millions were allocated to repair the road signs.
