The third victim was later confirmed dead by paramedics after suffering similar fatal crush injuries.
Rescuers were sent to the Wanda Plaza shopping centre in Changshu, China, after pipes collapsed from the roof of the car park.
Investigators are still looking into the deadly pipe collapse, which came as shoppers queued to exit the underground car park.
Changshu's Wanda Plaza, which is the largest commercial complex of its kind in the city, was opened to the public in July last year.
Its operations have since been suspended pending an investigation, with its senior officials also summoned by the authorities for questioning.
Members of the public are calling for thorough checks at all Wanda Plaza complexes as well as other well-known shopping centres throughout the country.
