The grandparents from the Capital who help the children to cross the streets will have their own offices. Each branch from Chisinau has its own officers where there are arranged offices for the old. The firs who will enjoy it will be the volunteers from Botanica and Centru sector.

The offices have a computer, telephone and new furniture. The president of "Careful grandparents" from Center sector says that previously their session were taking place on the school halls or on street.

"Only here we can gather all together. Now, the schools are closed, but we are working on this period too", said Ion Taban, the president of CG from Centru sector.

"This project is useful for the society", said Pavel Rusu, the Center branch.

The 30 grandparents from Botanica sector will benefit of better working conditions. 

"We really needed these offices. Here we can attend meetings", said Raisa Rusu, the president of CG from Botanica sector.

The deputy mayor of the General Police Inspectorate, Gheorghe Cavcaliuc said that the project is worth good working conditions, because the grandparents take care of children.

"The grandparents can plan their activity and make a working plan", said Gheorghe Cavcaliuc, the deputy chief of the National General Police Inspectorate.

The volunteers are not paid for their activity. Instead, a pharmacies network and a supermarket offers them a discount card. Now, over 1 500 grandparents from the whole country are involved in this project.
