A man who walking in Râșcani sector of the Capital, displaying inadequate behavior, was arrested by law enforcement.

The 26-year-old suspect, from Bubuieci commune, was possessing an envelop containing dried and crushed vegetable substance.

The man was taken to the precinct for questioning, while the envelope was sealed and sent to the forensics.
