People who, for health reasons or other serious reasons, will not come to the polling station may request from the electoral bureau to vote with the help of the mobile polling station. Central Election Commission informs that from 15 to 29 October 2016 may be submitted requests for voting outside the polling station.

The requests shall be made in writing form, with starting two weeks before Election Day and until 18:00 on the day preceding the vote.

On Election Day, requests may be made in writing until 15:00, if presented a medical certificate.

Only people with visual disabilities may submit applications for voting outside the polling station including in verbal form.

Mentioned persons are voting according to electors’ lists for voting outside the polling station, established by the electoral bureau based on the presented requests.
