A grave accident occurred in Sangerei district, near Chiscareni village. Because of the abundant snow, a car violently hit a truck and another car that tried to avoid the accident hit a pylon. Fortunately, nobody suffered.

The driver who provoked the accident says he lost the control of the wheel, because of the weather conditions.

"I lost the control of the wheel. The car started to rotate, thus, a car hit my car. You can see that there is no nonskid material here", said a driver.

"He braked and started to rotate. Firstly, he hit my car and then, he hit the other one", mentioned the driver of the truck.

The driver of the second car says he was scared when he saw how a car is rotating in the middle of the road. Finally, he hit a pylon:

"He braked as long as he could. I noticed he is rotating."

The snow provoked headaches to the truck drivers. They remained blocked on Chisinau-Balti road:

"I have some salt and I want to spread it, If the traffic will be smaller."

Last night, the road workers started to clean the roads from the country. According to the State Road Direction, three tones of nonskid material was spread on the roads. At the working process participated 330 technique unities and 300 workers.

At the same time, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations announce that there were created three teams to operate the crisis situation in the North, Center and the South.
