A mother from the Capital accuses the doctors of the Institute of Mother and the Child of negligence and indifference. She affirms she addressed to the doctors when the child had 39 degrees Celsius fever, but they refused to intern the child. Moreover, the young mother says the child wasn't even consulted. The woman says that the doctors explained the situation by saying that the mother should have addressed to a municipal hospital, not to a republican one. The administration of the institution says the case is under investigations. 

The last week, the child started to feel bad. The woman tells the child aged of two had fever and started to puke. The scared mother decided to address to the doctors and the most close hospital to their house it was the Institute of Mother and the Child.

"Unfortunately, we can not help you. This is a republican hospital. Anyway, I insisted."Please, my child is in a terrible condition, can you give him the first aid." Nobody looked at my child", declared the mother of the child.

The woman says that just a doctor consulted them. Then, she started to think that they will help them. But, the medical assistant only showed her a paper that confirms the child should be treated in the Municipal Hospital for Children No.1.

"They called the ambulance. I don't thing it was right. We were cast off the hospital", said the mother. 

Till the end, the mother went to a private hospital, where her child was diagnosticated with bronchitis. The administration of the Institute of Mother and the Child say they will investigate this case. At the same time, according to the deontological code of the doctors, they don't have the right to refuse to give the first aid.
