Chinese Entrepreneurs come to establich ties with Moldovan Parteners
A group of business people from the Jiangsu province of China arrived to Moldova for establishing contacts with potential Moldovan partners, especially expressing interest in the Moldovan wine importing.
According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova (CCI), its Chairman Sergiu Harea met the Chinese delegation and presented to them the opportunities of the business environment in Moldova, stressing that the Chinese market is very important for the Moldovan goods exports.
Harea also said that the CCI is open for cooperation for identifying opportunities of developing partnership ties between companies of the two countries and invited Chinese entrepreneurs to the exhibition “Made in Moldova”, where not only all the goods of domestic origin are presented, but also forums, roundtables, business meetings are being organized.
Head of the Chinese delegation Qi Chang Yu said that the Jiangsu external trade turnover accounts for about US$540 billion per year.
“We know that Moldova is an agricultural country and is producing high quality wines. We are interested in importing wines, as well as other products and welcome the initiative to participate in the “Made in Moldova” event”, he said.
CCI representatives and the Chinese delegates also discussed perspectives of signing a cooperation agreement, which will contribute to conducting of joint activities, as well as economic missions, exhibitions and projects, Infotag reports.
