Chisinau Court of Appeal to examine Oleg Pruteanu's release request
Oleg Pruteanu, known as Borman and a member of the criminal organisation he leads, arrested for 30 days, now demand to be released.
Magistrates from Chisinau Court of Appeal will examine today his lawyer's request. Oleg Pruteanu was taken into custody, along with three other criminal, were arrested at the beginning of October. According to Prosecutor's Office for Fighting Organized Crime and Special Causes, the men have sold around 650 kg of hashish bought from Spain in Russia and gained over one million euro.
All suspects risks up to 30 years of imprisonment. Oleg Pruteanu was born in Teleneşti and was earlier condemned for theft. The criminal group he leads was imprecated in Alexei Veretca's, known as „Krasavcik”', murder. The man was shot five years ago near Orhei.
